  • Local Delivery (within all our uae): 3–7 business days

  • International Delivery (if applicable): 7–21 business days

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply depending on courier policies.

  • International shipping rates depend on country, weight, and courier service.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update on the courier’s system.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Saimwear is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to wrong address details, additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Holidays or unforeseen events

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
